SAFETY

Our management team excels in providing the training, safe work procedures and risk assessment capabilities to each and every team member so as they have the experience, knowledge and confidence to execute the works in the safest manner possible. With a comprehensive Safe Systems of Work in place tailored to our scope of services there is no comprising the safety of our people, clients or visitors.

 

We start the day thinking about safety and finish each day discussing our safety performance and how we intend on improving tomorrow. Safety is about prioritising our people and looking out for each other, harnessing the bond between team-mates and building a culture where Safety is at the forefront of everything we do. Our Safety Inspection programmes guide personnel of all levels through the required daily, monthly and annual Safety Inspection checks, providing peace of mind that we are doing everything we can in pursuit of our VISION ZERO.

Our team of Industry specialists strives to achieve the highest Quality in everything we do, for both our colleagues and clients. To achieve quality in all our outcomes we believe its critical to develop a culture of self-improvement and encourage active participation of all stakeholders, harnessing the positive impact experience and participants from a range of backgrounds can have on our Quality performance.

 

We understand that our reputation is key to long term commercial relationships, underpinned by the delivery of exceptional performance, workmanship, customer service and project outcomes, being why we invest significant energy and time into continuously improve project performance.

 

While our systems are modelled from the highest standard and many years of project stewardship, as part of our commitment to continuous improvement we look to obtain ISO9001 Certification by the end of 2022.

TRAINING

In order to deliver our “One Stop” shop service we require our people to have a wide range of skills and experience, making it critical for Golding Tank Services to commit time and effort to training and upskilling our people. Our employee tailored training programmes is how we foster the development of our people, providing opportunities for career development and continually improving the Quality of our clients project outcomes. Our training and development focus plays an important role in the development of a safety culture capable of meeting our Safety objective, VISION ZERO.

Currently we employ the only Certified Tank Entry Supervisor in Australia, as part of our continuous improvement plan we intend to strive toward having all Project Supervisors Certified as Tank Entry Supervisors. The Safety of all Golding Tank Services Employees, Contractors, Clients and Visitors is of the upmost importance, through implementation and guidance of our Safe Systems of Work we believe in, and set out to achieve our Vision Zero objective.

The following training is the minimum requirements for our Project Employees:

  • Senior first Aid

  • Confined Space Entry

  • Working at Height

  • Breathing Apparatus

  • Basic Fire Training

  • White Card

  • High Risk License: Forklift and EWP

 

To value add to our service offer and to endorse our technical expertise key team members are required to retain the following qualifications:

  • API653 – Tank Inspection

  • API580 – Risk Based Inspection

  • API570 – Pipe Inspection

  • API510 – Vessel Inspection

  • APITES – Tank Entry Supervision

  • Dangerous Goods License

  • Occupational Health and Safety

  • Leadership and Management

  • WPCG Training

  • Fire Warden
